Project Planning Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in project management solutions to join our dynamic team. As a Project Planning Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping organizations streamline their project management processes using best-in-class tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level guidance and support on project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of project schedules.
  • Analyze, configure, and optimize project management tools to meet the unique needs of clients' businesses and projects.
  • Offer training sessions for users on project management tools, providing ongoing support for any system-related issues.
  • Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance, helping teams make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project objectives are met and stakeholders are satisfied.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in project management implementations.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, resource management, and reporting within project management tools.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including PMP or Prince2 (a plus).
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members on project management functionalities.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in project management tools (a plus).
  • Experience with data integration and customizations of project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of project control processes and methodologies.
