As an intern, you will join our Technical Transformation Team and support key functions, including Campaigns, Political Intelligence, and Research. This is not just an internship; it's a rigorous training ground and a direct pipeline to a full-time career in political consulting.

The program is designed to bridge the gap between engineering and politics. You will engage in a comprehensive 2-month training program that includes intensive workshops on advanced Python, JavaScript, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and operational security best practices.

Additionally, you will attend seminars on the current political landscape, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy. You will also analyse relevant public datasets to identify trends and produce actionable insights.


What You Will Do:
  1. Participate in a comprehensive 2-month training program.

  4. Develop a Capstone Project, such as creating an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise policy memos and presentations.
  6. Collaborate with and shadow full-time team members, contributing directly to ongoing, high-impact projects.

Requirements:
  • Currently in your 6th semester or later of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • Strong, demonstrable interest in Indian politics and public policy.
  • Foundational technical knowledge and strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
