The merchandiser serves as a vital link between buyers, suppliers, and production teams, managing orders, sourcing materials, and coordinating with various departments to guarantee seamless execution.

  • Order Fulfillment: Manage the entire order lifecycle, from initial inquiries to final shipment.
  • Material Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and acquire materials, components, and accessories.
  • Production Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient and timely production, monitor progress, and address any issues that may arise.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Foster clear and effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, materials, production processes, and shipping details.
  • Product Development: Contribute to product development, including material sourcing, costing, and sampling.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels, minimize waste, and ensure smooth stock turnover.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and implement merchandise plans, including sales forecasting and budget planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
