Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Reliability Engineer to spearhead our SRE efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and observable systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Solutioning:
    • Understand client environments, pain points, and reliability goals.
    • Develop tailored SRE solutions aligned with client needs.
    • Conduct discovery workshops and technical assessments.
  • Architecture & Strategy:
    • Architect reliable, scalable, and observable systems.
    • Define SRE frameworks, tooling strategies, and automation roadmaps.
  • Presales & Consulting:
    • Collaborate with sales teams to support RFPs/RFIs.
    • Design solution presentations, demos, and technical proposals.
  • Tooling & Implementation:
    • Recommend and integrate observability tools.
    • Guide implementation teams on best practices for reliability engineering.
  • Thought Leadership & Enablement:
    • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal capability building.
    • Develop reusable assets, templates, and accelerators for SRE adoption.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of total experience with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of SRE concepts and principles i.e. SLIs, SLOs, error budgets.
  • Working experience on AI-Driven Observability & Monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with any one of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
  • Experience with two of cloud platforms (i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with Incident Prediction, Root Cause Analysis and Blameless Postmortems
  • Experience working with Automation & Self-Healing Systems
  • Proficiency in automation tools including Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working with Incident Management tools like PagerDuty or Opsgenie
  • Ability to understand client environments and reliability goals.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Capability to architect scalable, resilient, and observable systems.
  • Nice to have, ability to publish whitepapers, blogs, and contribute to community events.
