Judo Coach

At VIBGYOR Group of Schools, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Judo Coach to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring athletes of various age groups and skill levels, promoting a positive training environment, and ensuring high standards of physical fitness and technical proficiency in Judo.

This is a full-time position that requires a deep understanding of Judo techniques, strategy, and rules. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Judo coach or instructor and a strong ability to motivate and inspire athletes while maintaining discipline and a professional environment.

• Coach and mentor athletes of various age groups and skill levels
• Develop and implement training programs that promote physical fitness and technical proficiency in Judo
• Maintain a positive and supportive training environment
• Evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive feedback

• Proven experience as a Judo coach or instructor
• Strong understanding of Judo techniques, strategy, and rules
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes
• Certified Judo Coach
• A degree or diploma in Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or a related field

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
