Key Responsibilities

  • Manages all accounts and taxation to ensure financial compliance.
  • Ensures timely payments to suppliers, maintaining strong relationships within pre-set parameters.
  • Prepares daily sales and collection reports, vendor payment reports, and airline debtor and creditor analyses.
  • Performs regular vendor reconciliations with airlines purchase reports, identifying discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepares vendor statements for payment and reconciliation, streamlining the process.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial accounts in the travel sector.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
