Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead the demand and pipeline generation for our AI Agent platform and services business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand development, digital marketing, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • B2B Pipeline Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads across BFSI and Retail leaders in the customer support, tech, and sales sectors.
  • Content Strategy: Define and articulate a clear marketing and content vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and users to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and validate product concepts.
Requirements
  • 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in AI or SaaS, with a strong focus on B2B markets.
  • Prior experience in early-stage startups is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
