Lead AutoCAD Designer Role

Job Description:

This is a key leadership position that oversees the design and execution of high-impact events. The ideal candidate will have experience in CAD design, preferably in events, exhibitions, or architectural space planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D renderings (if applicable) for event setups including stages, exhibitions, brand experiences, and luxury installations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings including stage layouts, floor plans, venue schematics, fabrication detailing, and elevation views.
  • Develop technical production drawings for vendors, fabricators, and on-ground teams.
  • Ensure all drawings meet scale accuracy and production feasibility.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in AutoCAD within the events, exhibitions, or architectural design industry.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D). Knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit / Photoshop is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
  • Good understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and structural safety in event setups.
