Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in advanced driver-assist systems (ADAS) function development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of ADAS features from requirements gathering to software integration and validation.
  • Develop and optimize simulation environments using CARLA, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, IPG TruckMaker, and MATLAB for accurate and efficient testing.
  • Configure and run dSPACE tool-chain workflows for Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing to ensure seamless integration.
  • Integrate and validate sensor data streams, including radar, LiDAR, camera, and GNSS, and develop fusion algorithms to enhance overall system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system architects, calibration engineers, and test teams, to deliver production-ready solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, performance profiling, and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in ADAS function development, with expertise in perception, tracking, and fusion.
  • Strong simulation skills using industry-standard tools: CARLA, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, IPG TruckMaker, and MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Hands-on experience with dSPACE tool-chain, including ControlDesk and ConfigurationDesk.
  • Expertise in sensor domains: radar (Continental, Bosch, Aptiv), Lidar (Ouster), cameras (stereo and monocular setups), and GNSS integration and data processing.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and ROS programming languages.
