Job Title: Customer Success Intern

About the Role

This internship is an opportunity to work as a candidate champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.

  • You will play a crucial blend of customer support and candidate outreach, focusing on resolving issues and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Responsibilities

As a candidate success intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • Educating candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
  • Documenting candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.
  • Creating and maintaining support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.
  • Assisting Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.
  • Handling level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and candidate support processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Structure

This is a full-time internship opportunity, requiring you to work 9 hours per day, including 1 hour of break time. You should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months.

The work structure includes:

  • A 6-day workweek, Monday-Saturday.
  • Night shifts and weekends may be required, and you will be compensated for your extra efforts.
  • Overtime pay will be provided according to company policy.
