Job Title: HCL IAM ForgeRock Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ForgeRock IAM Consultant to join our team at HCL Technology.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting complex IAM solutions for large-scale customers across various industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support ForgeRock Open AM, ForgeRock Identity Gateway, and OpenDJ solutions.
  • Develop strong technical acumen and play an active role in project execution.
  • Understand clients' business environments and map requirements into IAM solutions.
  • Proactively suggest alternatives and provide excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts.
  • Work with various directories, including CA Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, Sun Directory Server, Active Directory, and Novell Directory Server.
  • Set up and maintain Access Manager infrastructures and have experience with SSO and Strong Authentication.
  • Implement technical specifications and integrate various apps - SaaS and On-premise with openAM.
  • Handle production incidents, change requests, and adhere to SLAs for production support.
  • Have working knowledge of core Java and J2EE components and ForgeRock Identity Gateway.
  • Create and manage policies and business logic using Access Manager.
  • Schedule and fetch reports and audit data, and handle and troubleshoot issues by reviewing logs.
  • Knowledge of web services/SOAP is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with Application Servers (Web Logic, WebSphere, JBOSS) and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer-facing exposure is a must.
  • CISSP certification is a bonus.
  • Open to travel requirements.
