Data Analyst Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will assist in solving complex problems across the organization and propose data-driven product changes to improve company profitability and growth.

Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Visualization: Build and maintain portfolio monitoring dashboards to guide business strategy for growing lending portfolio.
- Marketing Evaluation: Collaborate with Marketing team to assess and evaluate existing and new channels of growth. Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and maintain performance tracker.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify underlying explanations for changes in portfolio performance, develop data-driven solutions, and evaluate expected portfolio impacts.
- Hypothesis Testing: Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams to propose hypothesis testing to improve risk and profitability.
- Fraud Mitigation: Work with Security team on strategies to mitigate fraud.
- Working knowledge in SQL, Python/R, and Metabase.
- Previous internship experience preferably in analytics/strategy.
- Experience analyzing, visualizing, and communicating impactful insights.
