The role of Senior Counselling Associate is pivotal in shaping the journeys of master's, PhD, and other postgraduate applicants. As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of counselors, collaborate with subject experts and editors, and provide strategic guidance to help clients stand out in a highly competitive global admissions landscape.

This senior position involves providing personalized guidance to students and parents, advising on academics, extracurriculars, and application milestones. You will also design and oversee structured mentorship schedules, conduct one-on-one profile evaluations, and coach students through standardized test preparation and application essay writing.

• Leading a team of counselors to provide holistic support to students and families throughout the application process.
• Developing and implementing tailored mentorship plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conducting thorough profile evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Providing expert guidance on application strategies, including essay writing, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Maintaining open communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline, preferably with personal experience of postgraduate study abroad.
• 3–5 years of experience in postgraduate admissions counseling, higher education advisory, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of program-specific requirements for Master's, PhD, MBA, and other postgraduate degrees.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in academic and professional writing.
