User Experience Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Design professional to join our team.

  • Create user interface prototypes and high-fidelity designs that meet business requirements and user needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of design into the product roadmap
  • Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and optimize the user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX Design with a strong portfolio that showcases your work
  • Proven expertise in Fiori development and SAP S/4 HANA implementation
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in the pharma industry is an added advantage

Skillset:

Proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision

Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles and usability standards

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Knowledge of design systems and their implementation

Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git

Good written and verbal communication skills

Able to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
