We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative strategies for multiple brands across various industries, from campaign planning and ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on all creative ideation and develop a creative showcase for any pitch.
  • Presentation of the entire creative plan for any campaign or narration of any script to clients on any brand.
  • Elevate the creative work to an award-winning standard and ensure recognition through awards submissions.
  • Report directly to the Creative Director who will provide overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or other creative tasks.
  • Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on any task ranging from a topical post on a brand to an annual campaign strategy.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on any idea or concept that comes from your team.
  • Break down complex briefs into actionable steps for junior creatives to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines that allow for ideation and refinement while meeting client goals.
  • Present each part of the production process from idea to final product, whether it's for an event, shoot, post, or any other creative articulation of an idea.
  • Conduct in-depth research about the brand and its competition, target audience, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and news.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to manage a team of junior creative resources and provide direction.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create content that appeals to them.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
