- Fundraising & Capital Formation:
- Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans to attract institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Manage due diligence for potential investors, including pitch decks, private placement memorandums, and data room management.
- Maintain relationships with prospective Limited Partners, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to structure and negotiate fund terms.
- Investor Relations & Reporting:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for domestic investors, addressing inquiries and providing regular fund performance updates.
- Prepare and deliver investor presentations, quarterly reports, and market insights.
- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and networking events to foster strong relationships.
- Maintain CRM databases to track investor engagement and fundraising progress.
- Market Research & Business Development:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with deal teams to align fundraising efforts with investment strategy.
- Develop thought leadership content and contribute to investor communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
- Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, investment strategies, and LP expectations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional investors.
- Proficiency in fund due diligence and fund marketing materials.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
