Job Title: AI Systems Engineer

As an AI Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced artificial intelligence solutions to automate business processes and enhance self-service applications.

  • You will work with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and design appropriate AI solutions.
  • Develop automation solutions using Gen-AI and LLMs to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement advanced algorithms and models to enhance the performance and accuracy of self-service applications.
  • Ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions in production environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with a strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Gen-AI and LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms such as Vertex AI and Azure ML Studio.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
