Project Manager Position

The primary objective of the Project Manager role involves strategic planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and adherence to established schedules. This position also entails fostering effective customer relationships, delivering clear communication, and facilitating collaborative meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines
  • Nurture customer relationships through proactive communication
  • Manage key events and drive NPS growth
  • Establish critical relationships with business stakeholders
  • Oversee customer project portfolios in compliance with ETO project management processes
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing customer projects within the electrical switchgear industry
  • Thorough understanding of Engineer To Order (ETO) concepts, data center segments, business functions, and processes
  • Proficiency in MV, AIS, GIS, RMU equipment, relays, substation automation, and SCADA systems
  • Strong customer handling skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, and leadership abilities
  • B.E. Electrical Engineering degree, with post-graduation being advantageous
  • Project Management Professional (PMP-PMI) certification is highly desirable
