Senior Power Platform Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Power Platform Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will lead the design and development of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of solutions that drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior developers, helping them grow and improve their skills.
  • Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, delivering high-quality results.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, promoting capability growth and T-Shaping.
  • Maintain a zero-trust mindset, ensuring secure and compliant solutions that meet the highest standards.
Additional Responsibilities for Leadership Role
  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements effectively.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the development process, improving developer velocity and productivity.
  • Enhance DevOps processes, including automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and component libraries.
Platform Governance
  • Develop governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Take a leadership role in governance boards, collaborating with stakeholders to align on governance strategies and decisions.
  • Define and maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.
