Cloud Transformation Leader

As a highly experienced Cloud Transformation Leader, you will spearhead cloud adoption journeys, design enterprise-grade solutions, and guide clients in their cloud transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex cloud solutions across various enterprise environments.
  • Develop detailed solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications for cloud transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud architectures.
  • Conduct workshops, advisory sessions, and training to accelerate clients' cloud adoption strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership during migration projects, ensuring successful deployment and optimization of cloud resources.
  • Implement cloud security best practices, governance frameworks, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure platform resilience.
  • Perform cost optimization assessments to help clients maximize their return on investment (ROI) on cloud spending.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, guiding them toward technical excellence and relevant cloud certifications.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, driving the adoption of new cloud features, functionalities, and competitive technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Core Experience:
  • 10+ years of IT industry experience, with at least 5+ years in cloud solution architecture and consulting.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Proven expertise in cloud IaaS solutions and enterprise infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies and Kubernetes on cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) within cloud environments.
Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Mandatory)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Mandatory)
  • MCSE/MCSD (Preferred)
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in managing large-scale databases on cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud PaaS services.
  • Experience with disaster recovery strategies and high availability design.
