About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, with experience in primary market research, respondent recruitment, data collection, project management, and stakeholder communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also essential. Additionally, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and spoken English is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage primary market research projects from start to finish
- Identify and process interview responders who provide valuable insights into our Biopharma/MedTech projects
- Ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled on all occasions
- Contribute to achieve operational efficiencies and enhancements by focusing on process improvements and identifying inefficiencies
- Support both research and interviews conducted by Clarivate colleagues, as well as work with external partners who help us conduct PMR
About the Team
The team consists of 12+ people comprising individuals from life sciences, healthcare, management, and IT backgrounds. We provide services to the Pharmaceutical, MedTech, and broader Life Science industry. In this role, we are seeking to fulfill a critical need to gain insights from Healthcare Professionals that is ultimately used to improve patient care and outcomes.
