Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to lead our construction team and ensure timely completion of high-quality projects.

  • Fully furnished school buildings with total areas ranging from 50,000 to 70,000 sq. ft.
  • Our clients expect meticulous planning and execution to guarantee project success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of exceptional standards in civil site works through effective quality control measures.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams including plumbing, electrical, and landscaping professionals.
  • Supervising junior engineers and site engineers to optimize project timelines and resources.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil site supervision, preferably in educational or commercial projects.
  • Excellent leadership skills, enabling the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Detailed knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday: Standard business hours (9 AM - 6 PM)
