About the Role

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in Ruby on Rails at scale. If you take pride in clean, test-driven code and believe in Extreme Programming principles, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write tests first to ensure code quality
  • Produce self-explanatory, clean code with predictable results
  • Frequently release new features and fixes
  • Collaborate in a product team to build and rapidly roll out new features and fixes
Requirements
  • Expertise in Ruby on Rails, Test Driven Development, React, React.js or JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Strong skills in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies
  • Ability to design and develop web architecture and optimize existing infrastructure
