Job Title: Aviation Engineering Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Engineer to lead our airfield engineering team in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and maintenance projects at airports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the design lead for airfield civil engineering projects.
  • Manage project delivery while providing leadership and direction to junior team members.
  • Prepare technical reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications for airfield engineering projects.
  • Participate in technical design reviews to meet quality management requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, industry associates, and clients.
  • Identify and manage design risks, issues, and Request for Information (RFIs).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure design at airports.
  • Civil engineering experience working on large, complex airport projects.
  • Experience managing engineering professionals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with international airfield design standards.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other airfield engineering design software packages.
