Job Title: Business Transformation Leader

About the Role:

An experienced professional with a specialization in Advanced Management System (AMS) / Global Computing Center (GCC) setup, responsible for driving and governing the Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive Business architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.
  • Evaluate and select technology platform/solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in frameworks for Next Generation, Artificial Intelligence-based GCC and AMS.
  • Fair Cross Domain knowledge and core functions like Human Resources, Supply Chain, Procurement.
  • In-depth domain understanding in one of the domains such as Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, Banking & Finance Services.
  • Excellent Communication skill and Presentation skill.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, DevSecOps, Business Application portfolio rationalization, Application Modernization, Containerization, APIs etc.
  • EA certifications (e.g. TOGAF) is preferable.
