Visual Storyteller

Loyal customer engagement is at the forefront of our strategy, and we're seeking a talented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging social media content for various platforms
- Create short video animations, reels, and motion graphics to enhance digital campaigns
- Assist with brand asset development, including logo design, style guides, and templates
- Edit and enhance raw video footage for use in marketing or promotional campaigns
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaign visuals
- Maintain consistency across all visuals in line with brand guidelines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design tools
- Solid understanding of motion design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Experience in video editing, animation, and designing for social media
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and motion work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field
- Experience working in startup environments
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Experience with Canva, Figma, Notion, and similar tools
