We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Research Scientist to join our team. As an Operations Research Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments. You will work closely with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers to understand requirements and develop needs according to business requirements for AI solutions.
Maintaining and enhancing existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms using domain-driven design and test-driven development is also a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify and implement solutions, create detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates, research and implement new AI technologies to enhance current processes, security, and performance, and work closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure decisions meet long-term enterprise growth needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proficiency in Full Stack Development
- Experience in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM
- Experience in DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
- Ability to explain technical concepts and adjust messaging based on the audience, including non-technical groups
