External Communications Specialist

The research centres under our umbrella are focused on specific areas of study and research driven by experienced professionals and experts.
">Key Responsibilities">- Manage the organization's website with timely updates;
- Write and edit news pieces for publication;
- Maintain design language on the organization's website and ensure quality;
- Upload content to podcast libraries;
- Strategize audiences for different centers and build promotional campaigns;
- Help centres curate content for their target groups;
- Analyse website and social media platforms (social media audit reports);
- Improve SEO (search engine optimization) of the company's website;
- Design and administer communication strategies for various centres;
- Support centres in all kinds of communication and outreach work;
- Generate monthly newsletters (write, edit, and design);
- Administer collateral designs to ensure quality standards;
- E nsure that public relations activities tie-in with the organization's branding;
- Develop content for centres' platforms and bring creativity to outreach activities;
- Work with partners' communications teams on joint campaigns;
- Responsible for the organized repository of outreach content and images;
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages.
Ability to work with graphics and audio-visual content.
Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
