Job Description:
  • Create and deploy sophisticated data-driven solutions by integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Develop, refine, and implement Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models) for applications such as text generation, synthetic data creation, and content automation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, machine learning experts, and product teams to successfully integrate AI solutions into production environments.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring systems.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance for business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough experiments and A/B testing to evaluate model performance and business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and MLOps.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic search, or data fabric architectures.
  • Familiarity with AutoML, RLHF, or multi-modal AI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
