Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze financial data to identify key performance drivers and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather insights and validate assumptions.
  • Develop and disseminate monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Supporting Strategic Budgeting, Forecasting, and Performance Monitoring:
  • Coordinate across finance teams to align on key drivers and assumptions.
  • Design and implement consolidated financial reports and dashboards for review with senior management.
  • Drive process improvements in budgeting and forecasting cycles to enhance speed, transparency, and accuracy.
Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Business Metrics:
  • Track and analyze performance trends against targets and prior periods.
  • Provide ongoing reporting and recommendations to optimize business performance.
Ad Hoc Analysis and Strategic Initiatives:
  • Evaluate investment proposals, business cases, and scenario modeling to inform decision-making.
  • Partner on initiatives that improve financial visibility, cost control, or profitability.
Power User of Financial Planning and Reporting Tools:
  • Leverage BI tools and financial systems to automate and streamline reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and reporting processes.

Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2-3 years of progressive experience in FP&A or a similar financial role.
Strong understanding of financial statements and key profitability drivers.
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to drive progress independently.
