About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our electrical and automation department, you will be responsible for Breakdown and Preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift Breakdown maintenance: Identify and troubleshoot issues with electrical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Shift Predictive maintenance: Use data-driven insights to predict potential issues, schedule maintenance, and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
  • Safety training and development of technicians: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our technicians, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Line Preventive maintenance: Develop and implement routine maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures, reduce energy consumption, and optimize production efficiency.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Junior Engineer, you must have:

Education: A 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.

Experience: Hands-on experience with electrical switchgears, automation, and drives is essential. You should also have a solid understanding of electrical drawings and diagrams.

Skills:

- Proficiency in TIA (Total Integrated Automation) software.

- Experience with Drive Starter and Drive Monitor systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
