Job Description

  • We are seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead our contract lifecycle management efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage expertise in contract management to implement and manage contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize contract management opportunities, developing strategic plans to address business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering open communication and resolving contract-related issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contract management, applying knowledge to drive process improvements and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of contract milestones, deadlines, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contract management processes, procedures, and tools that support business objectives.
  • Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure compliance with EXL's policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field, preferably in a similar role at EXL or another leading organization.
  • Proven track record of success in contract management, including experience with contract development, negotiation, and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex contract data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in contract management software and systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
