Diligent Quality Control Specialist

Our organization is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Test Assurance Specialist. This role is not related to software quality assurance, but rather focuses on ensuring that exams function correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct meticulous quality checks on all tasks using Pearson VUE's proprietary test driver software.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans that align with established processes.
- Perform thorough end-to-end quality checks of exams using Pearson VUE proprietary software and various internal and external tools.
- Provide detailed and accurate feedback on quality issues encountered during checks.
- Deliver timely and efficient tracking and reporting on assigned projects.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders as needed during daily activities.
- Effectively plan work to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- A higher education degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and other relevant tools.
- A logical and methodical approach to daily tasks, objectives, goals, and projects.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High energy levels and ability to work quickly to resolve issues.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and across different cultures and regions.
- Attention to detail and high level of technical acumen.
- Standard working hours: 40 hours per week.
