Analytics Specialist Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Analytics Specialist. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining advanced analytics and automation solutions that drive business performance.

Your primary focus will be on collecting, interpreting, analyzing, and visualizing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics/automation solutions.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cutting-edge analytics and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI and other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and create tailored analytics/automation solutions.
  • Analyze and visualize data from multiple sources to uncover valuable insights that drive business growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in SQL Query building or other data databases management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
