Job Title:

We are seeking an ambitious Web Development Specialist to contribute to the growth of our digital presence.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of responsive design principles, proficiency in Webflow CMS structures, and 1–2 years of experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages.

This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow's powerful tools and features.
  • Implement basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and growth experts to develop and launch successful marketing campaigns.
  • Integrate forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools such as Zapier and HubSpot.
  • Optimize website performance for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Implement analytics tracking and ensure data accuracy through tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Support A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong understanding of responsive design principles and CMS structures.
  • Proven track record of building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages.
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation (GTM, GA4).
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools (Zapier, HubSpot).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
