Job Description:

A software architect and developer is required to design and implement configuration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and experience working in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement software configuration solutions.
  • Plan, manage, and execute software evaluation, testing, and prototyping.
  • Identify and debug issues with programming code and suggest changes or improvements.
  • Track development progress, manage expectations, and meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Analyze, design, and implement database structures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills, decision making, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess understanding of software design methodology, including Agile Scrum Development.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and knowledge of software design to include objected oriented design.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, must see big picture.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in one or more programming language (C++, C#, Java).
  • Working knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
