Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual who can take ownership of the customer's telephony infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in managing customer telephony infrastructures and a good understanding of MS teams administration, Nice InContact administration, and telephony infrastructure.
The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They should also be familiar with SBC, AWS connect, and Salesforce platforms.
