Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineering Lead to join our team at ANSR Summit Consulting. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting and developing reliable solutions, automation, and tooling that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architecting pipelines, solutions, and key processes for SRE Operations
  • Driving key company initiatives using data, technology, and skill
  • Participate in executive level conversations and sessions
  • Continuously develop team skills and technological proficiency
  • Effectively drive cross-team projects to completion
  • Develops and maintains knowledge management articles
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful as our DevOps Engineering Lead, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, math or engineering disciplines or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience architecting and developing reliability-based solutions, automation, tooling, and/or pipelines in a scripting language (Powershell preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience with the following technologies: Windows Server Administration, PowerShell, IIS, Amazon Web Services / Azure / GCP
  • 3+ years experience developing solutions for containerized solutions such as Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or similar
  • 3+ years experience developing with the following technologies: Database (SQL/Postgres Preferred), Networking, IaC tooling (Terraform preferred), Linux, .NET core, Configuration Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Excellent mentorship and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • High level of analytical and critical thinking skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
