About the Position:

As a seasoned leader, we seek an experienced Chief Executive Officer to drive our company's next phase of growth. With a proven track record in enterprise management, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end profit and loss (P&L) and leading strategic initiatives to expand markets, upgrade operations and technology, and build a high-performance culture.

  • Key Responsibilities: ">
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy, translating it into actionable roadmaps and delivering tangible outcomes.">
  • Take ownership of the entire organization, driving cross-functional teams to achieve commercial, operational, and financial excellence.">
  • Drive market expansion through focused efforts on key geographies, including India and exports, with a focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals such as Defense, Railways, and Infrastructure.">
  • Negotiate long-cycle contracts and key accounts to build a predictable order book and margin profile.">
  • Modernize manufacturing by improving throughput, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), yield, and first-time-right quality, while deploying capital expenditures with discipline.">
  • Lead digital transformation and institutionalize data-driven governance, ensuring S&OP, SKU profitability, cash conversion, and vendor scorecards are optimized.">
  • Establish a performance culture with clear key result areas (KRAs) and leadership bench, emphasizing safety and compliance as non-negotiables.">
  • Represent the company with customers, partners, auditors, banks, and industry bodies, upholding brand and governance standards.">
