Job Overview

As a seasoned Lead Static Timing Analysis (STA) Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge STA solutions. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to navigate complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced STA algorithms to optimize timing closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate STA capabilities into design flows.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in STA.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in static timing analysis, constraints, and physical implementation aspects.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard tools PT, Tempus, GENUS, Innovus, and ICC.
  • Experience with STA fixing aspects to solve critical timing bottleneck paths.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Deep submicron process technology node experience.
  • Knowledge of high-performance and low-power implementation methods.
