  • 8-12 years of experience in Performance Testing
  • Hands-on experience with performance test tools - Jmeter, Load Runner etc.
  • Proficient in identifying, generating and setting up of test data to support the tests and manage dynamically for daily regression test
  • Performance testing experience of large scale and complex architecture including network, web, application server, Queues and DB components.
  • Fluent in linux system process monitor and perl/ksh/bash scripting
  • Technically hands-on experience with Monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Appdynamics
  • Experience with Google or similar cloud based infrastructure with hands-on experience working with docker, kubernetes, Rest APIs, JSON, No SQL DBs
  • Working experience of DNS, web, application server, messaging queues and No-SQL DB and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience working with Docker, Openshift/Kubernetes, NoSQL, DB, Restful Services, JSON, APIs
  • Knowledge with different network protocols/layers, tuning parameters for system/applications and code profiling
  • Deep Understanding and Hands-on experience testing of Mobile/API/Batch/DB requirements in Performance and Resilency - Failover / recoverability
  • Technically hands-on experience with CI-CT pipeline tools - Jenkins, version control (GiT)
  • Expert to perform Test design, code profiling, tuning, sizing, execution and root cause analysis
  • Report against KPIs and execution status
  • Develop supportive program and simulators

As a Performance Test Expert, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests to ensure optimal application performance and user experience.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks, and develop strategies to improve system reliability and scalability.
