Video Editing Professional

The role of a video editing professional involves creating engaging video content by assembling and editing footage into visually appealing and informative videos.

This internship is an opportunity to contribute to the marketing efforts of our company by developing practical experience in video production and editing while promoting our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Edit and assemble video footage into compelling promotional videos that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop ideas for video projects, including product showcases, customer testimonials, and promotional videos.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our marketing content.
  4. Utilize industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to enhance video quality.
  5. Add visual effects, transitions, and graphics to make videos visually appealing and informative.
  6. Organize and maintain video assets, keeping track of our product inventory footage, graphics, and project files.
  7. Work on sound design, including selecting background music, voiceovers, and audio improvements.
  8. Review and refine videos for consistency, including color correction, audio sync, and overall visual appeal.
  9. Collaborate with the team to gather feedback and make necessary improvements to videos.

Qualifications:

  • Pasión for video production and editing.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio or examples of prior video editing work (if available).
  • Bonus points if you can shoot videos.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

  • Experience with motion graphics or animation software.
  • Familiarity with colour correction and grading.
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of a film, video production, or related degree program.
