Manage and Resolve Alerts Cases

This role is responsible for managing and resolving alerts cases in line with the Assess Analyse Act AAA process, playing a critical part in correspondent banking.

Responsibilities
  • Develop awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy to ensure effective management and resolution of alerts cases.
  • Apply Group and FCC policies and processes to manage risks associated with alerts cases.
  • Analyse significant financial crime risk events to ensure all connected parties are identified and reported.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • AML and terrorist financing surveillance skills in relation to respective country jurisdictions and client types.
  • Analysis skills to analyse data trends and out of pattern activities.
  • Working knowledge of Internet and MS Office Suite.
