About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join EXL as a Senior Test Lead and contribute to the success of our Insurance Transition projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Implementation, Operations, PMs, Client, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Skill Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cycles to ensure high-quality results.

Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead the Test Activities for the Insurance Transition projects in alignment with Test Manager.
- Involve in building Test Strategy, Framework and Processes for Testing activities for the projects as per the requirements.

Test Execution:
- Provide functional test analysis planning design execution and reporting for testing assignments.
- Prepare where required: Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, Test Coverage analysis for a given testing assignment.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering in computer science, IT or related areas.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Testing Lifecycle, preferably in Insurance domain.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

- Hands on experience in developing Test Strategy, Plan, Cases, and execution.
- Must have hands on Experience in UAT and SIT Testing.
- ISTQB or ISEB Testing qualifications preferred.
