We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at ZebraLearn, an ed-tech platform dedicated to helping learners unleash their full potential. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and executing successful advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, driving engagement, and revenue growth.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong digital marketing skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns and possess core knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective Ad campaign strategies to drive engagement and conversions
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook ad platforms
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand business objectives and marketing goals
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Create compelling ad copy and visual assets to capture audience attention
  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Provide regular reports and analyses to the founder on campaign performance

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Core experience with companies of a digital-first nature
  • Experience working with D2C companies
  • Proven ability to scale budgets and campaigns efficiently over time
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads platforms
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions
  • Familiarity with campaign budget management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage a team of 5-6 people
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Facebook Ads certifications are a plus
