Clinical Nephrologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nephrologist to join our team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases, including renal failure and electrolyte imbalances.
• • Oversee dialysis procedures, ensuring patients receive optimal treatment for their condition.
• • Collaborate with transplant teams to provide pre- and post-kidney transplant care, promoting successful outcomes.
• • Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and long-term disease management, prioritizing patient-centered care.
• • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (Cardiology, Critical Care, Urology, Endocrinology, etc.) to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• • Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives, contributing to best practices in nephrology care.

Requirements:

• Medical Qualifications:
• • MBBS from an accredited medical institution.
• • MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Nephrology) or equivalent DNB (Nephrology) from a recognized institute.
• Clinical Expertise:
• • Proven expertise in dialysis, hemodialysis, and transplant nephrology.
• Essential Skills:
• • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first approach.
• • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic hospital environment.
