About the Role

We seek a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex initiatives from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will combine program management expertise with technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own large-scale program delivery across multiple engineering teams.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.
  • Partner with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
  • Drive alignment across product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams.
  • Establish and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking.
  • Ensure engineering excellence, scalability, and quality in deliverables.
  • Communicate status updates, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a TPM, Engineering Manager, or related role.
  • Strong technical foundation in software engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex engineering programs at scale.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive decision-making in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
