Job Opportunity: Automation Test Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Automation Test Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of software development processes, standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide engineers within the team to promote engineering excellence and quality.
  • Develop and maintain software development processes, standards, and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering or computer science, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical graduation in engineering or computer science.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, requirement analysis, and test planning.
  • Experience with test automation tools and data access/database query techniques.
