About the Job:

  • We seek an experienced and skilled professional with expertise in D365 Finance & Operations to join our team as a Functional Consultant.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of business processes, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing D365 F&O solutions.
  • Responsibilities will include configuring and customizing D365 F&O modules, working closely with technical teams, participating in data migration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Candidates must be able to collaborate with clients globally, gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and design scalable solutions in D365 F&O.
  • The successful candidate will lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Candidate should also stay updated with Microsoft D365 F&O roadmap, new features, and best practices to recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O (or AX) Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in key modules: Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management), Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales & Distribution).
  • Experience in Fit-Gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design.
  • Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small to medium implementation projects.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate / Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
