Design Associate Job Description

We are seeking a talented Design Associate to join our team. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling outputs across marketing, sales, and event-related projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They will also be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.

  1. Create product mockups, prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing collaterals.
  2. Incorporate market trends and consumer insights into new merchandise collections.
  3. Produce and refine high-quality graphics and illustrations for digital and offline use (social media, presentations, sales kits).
  4. Collaborate with Merchandise and Marketing teams on artwork, branding, and event-related designs.
  5. Take complete ownership of end-to-end expo and event design execution.
  6. Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.
  7. Organize and manage design files for efficient storage and retrieval.
  8. Stay updated on latest design tools, practices, and creative trends to enhance outputs.
  9. Support in creating impactful presentations and sales materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design (NIFT graduates preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in merchandise, branding, or graphic design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work (illustrations, merchandise, branding)
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
